Communication takes place via email, Telegram or Discord. Files are made available via We-Transfer or Google Drive. (Deviations possible by arrangement)All payments must be made in advance (e.g. monthly payment upfront), if payments are not made as agreed, this will be deducted from the contract period and must be paid regularly.Feedback on postings, campaigns, plans and co. must be made in good time (48h upfront) so that we have enough time to incorporate any necessary revisions.Inflame Agency (Marcel Gerber) expressly states that all services provided will be conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. The Agency does not assume responsibility for any illegal activities conducted by the Client without the knowledge of the Agency.The Client is solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and provisions related to the services provided by the Agency. The Agency is not liable for actions by the Client that violate applicable law. Inflame Agency (Marcel Gerber) shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages, losses, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Agency's servicesMarcel Gerber, called Inflame Agency does not offer any financial services, financial advice or banking transactions and is not liable for any financial damage to the project or to investors in client projects.The customer is obliged to KYC if there is no registered office.

"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer

The Service is provided to You "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Company, on its own behalf and on behalf of its Affiliates and its and their respective licensors and service providers, expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, with respect to the Service, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, and warranties that may arise out of course of dealing, course of performance, usage or trade practice. Without limitation to the foregoing, the Company provides no warranty or undertaking, and makes no representation of any kind that the Service will meet Your requirements, achieve any intended results, be compatible or work with any other software, applications, systems or services, operate without interruption, meet any performance or reliability standards or be error free or that any errors or defects can or will be corrected.
